摘要
目的运用近红外光谱,建立鉴别不同厂家生产的护肝片的定性分析模型。方法采集样品近红外漫反射光谱,使用一阶导数和二阶导数加矢量归一化预处理后,分别建立了聚类分析模型和定性分析模型。结果两种模型均能准确鉴别护肝片真伪。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可以在药品检测车中使用。
Aim To develop a near infrared spectroscopy method for identification of hugan tablets.Methods Diffuse reflectance spectra of samples were collected.The cluster analysis model was established after the spectra were preprocessed with first derivative.And the identification analysis model was established after the spectra were preprocessed with the second derivative + vector normalization.Results Two models can be used to identify hugan tablets from different manufacturers.Conclusion The results indicate that the method is simple,rapid,accurate,and it can be used in the drug testing vehicles.
