国内高层建筑消防现状分析及对策研究

Analysis of domestic high-rise building fire and countermeasures study

为保障高层建筑消防安全,减少生命财产损失,本文对高层建筑火灾特点、国内高层建筑火灾实例及消防检查结果进行分析,总结出国内高层建筑消防在设计、施工、材料、审核、管理、逃生培训等六方面存在的问题,并有针对性地对每个问题进行了探讨,提出了解决对策。

High-rise buildings are increasing in China,but the situation of fire protection is yet pessimistic.In order to protect the life and property safety,fire characteristics,fire cases and fire test results of high-rise buildings are analyzed in this paper.Existing problems of fire protection in high-rise buildings including design,construction,materials,auditing,management and escape training are concluded and corresponding countermeasures are also advanced.
