摘要
试验以氯碱化工企业污水处理站的二沉池出水为对象,研究了生物接触氧化法深度处理二沉池出水的作用效果,以及去除COD和氨氮的规律,并考察了气水比、水力负荷和温度对处理效果的影响。结果表明,COD和氨氮平均去除率分别为30%和70%,试验得到的最佳气水比和水力负荷分别为5∶1和2.5m3/h;温度在30℃时,处理效果相对较好,从而为工程应用提供了数据参考。
The research took chlor-alkali industry wastewater station secondary sedimentation tank effluent as the object.The depth of the contact oxidation ponds treatment effect,COD and ammonia nitrogen removal laws were studied,the treatment efficiency under different air to water ratio,hydraulic loading and temperature were investigated.Results showed that COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate were 35% and 20% respectively.The results indicted the best air to water ratio and hydraulic loading were respectively 5∶1,2.5m3/h,when the temperature reached 30℃,the effect was better.The results could provide instructions for the practical treatment of chloro-alkali wastewater.
