摘要
本文选用36%~38%的盐酸对毛/粘混纺织物进行定量分析,设定温度为室温(20℃),时间分别为15min、30min和60min。在完全溶解粘纤的同时,得到羊毛的d值为1.00,实测结果与理论比例的绝对误差小于±1%,且在95%的置信度下,对同一混纺比例的纺织品,连测10次,置信界限小于±1%。其试验准确度与精密度均较高,结果较其他方法满意。
Select 36%-38% Hydrochloric Acid to quantitatively analyze wool/rayon blended fabric, set the temperature at 20℃, set the time respectively 15 min, 30 min and 60 min. When rayon is completely dissolved, obtain the value of d is 1.00, the absolute error is less than + 1%, and at confidence level of 95%, testing continuously for 10 times, the confidence limit is less than ±1%.The accuracy and precision of this method is more higher, the results are more satisfied.
