Enhance Technical Supervision to Fit in With Power Industry Structural Reform

分析了当前电力体制改革给电力技术监督工作带来的新问题，分析了这些问题产生的原因，提出了解决思路和对策，指出在改革的进程中，应进一步做好电力技术监督工作。

New problems that brought about by the current structural reform of power industry in China to technological supervision are analysed and the concept and countermeasure for solving these problems are suggested. The main point of the conclusion is that the power technological supervision should be further enhanced to ensure the safety and economics of power production.
