摘要
对原子荧光光谱法同时测定环境水中砷和汞进行了研究。优化了仪器条件、盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度和预还原剂浓度等因素,确定了最佳的测定条件,并对方法检出限,线性范围,精密度和准确度进行了测定。结果显示,在最优的测定条件下,该方法的检出限为:砷,0.10μg/L;汞,0.05μg/L。精密度好,准确度高,适合于环境水样中砷和汞的同时测定。
In the present work,simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in environmental water Sample by atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(AFS) has been researched.Many factors such as instrument conditions,HCl,KBH4,pre-reductant were optimized.And the method detection limits,linear calibration range,precision and accuracy were investigated respectively.The results show that method detection limit of arsenic was 0.10 μg/L,and 0.05 μg/L for mercury.precision and accuracy were satisfied.Therefore,the method is very efficient for simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in environmental aqueous samples.
