油改煤机组燃烧系统改造

摘要 早期的油改煤工程,由于受场地和资金的限制,炉型未做大的改造,因此改造后的机组,出力普遍下降,荆门电厂3号机组的负荷由原来的100MW降到85MW,针对这种情况对3号炉做了大胆的改进,通过一方面强化燃烧,一方面解决结焦,同时满足炉内燃烧的氧量等综合措施,解决了3号机组负荷低且常结焦的问题。 Earlier boiler retrofit projects from oil fired to coal fired one are mostly restrained by space or/and expenditure ,so structure of boiler is hardly to be changed,and consequently output of power unit is usually reduced.For example output of #3 unit of Jingmen Thermal Power Plant decreased from 100 MW to 85 MW.in accordance with this Problem a new ho retrofit Project his been carried out,by which boiler combustion is strengthened and slagging effect vanishes;; the quantity of oxygen surrly becomes satisfactory. After all these measures problems of output shortage and slagging are resolved.
