摘要
由于我国电站锅炉燃用煤质的多变性,采用浓淡燃烧技术后,有时会由于煤种的变化发生着火点过近,导致结渣和喷口烧坏等问题。通过采用煤粉浓缩比例调节,在燃烧器喷口加装热电偶以监测燃烧器壁面温度和加装可调节燃烧器出口着火距离的中心控制风及侧边风,组成了一套具有煤种适应性的水平浓淡燃烧技术。
Because the coal changed frequently in Chinese Power Plant,fuel rich-lean combustion technology sometimes leads to kindling point is too close to bumer and make the bumer damaged,to solve such a problem , a fuel/air ratio adjustable pulverized coal concetrrator is developed and thermocouples are arranged on the burner's wall to watch the kinding point Anothermore, some adjusting flow is also installed.
