With the example of the No1 and 2 generation units of the Hebi Wanhe Generation Co． Ltd，and according to the variation of the reliability index，find out the cause which influence equivalent usability factor． Point out the effective way to promote the new generation unit stability is to improve the quality of the equipment manufacturing and installation， conscientiously deal with the first planned overhaul of the new generation unit，enhance the fuel management and the training of the operation and overhaul personnel．
