新型活性染料染锦纶匀染剂的研制

The Synthesis of a Levelling Agent for Reactive Polyamide Dyeing

活性染料染锦纶匀染性较差,必须采用匀染剂染色,以获得良好的匀染效果和色深。本实验采用对比试验法合成了锦纶染色专用匀染剂。讨论了温度以及反应时间的影响,得到了该匀染剂的最佳合成条件。讨论了其对活性染料染锦纶性能的影响,实验结果表明:匀染剂能有效地解决锦纶染色中染色不匀,还能提高牢度,是一支性能优良的匀染剂。

Levelling agents were required in reactive polyamide dyeing to get good levelling and color depth because the levelness of reactive polyamide dyeing was poor.A special levelling agent for reactive polyamide dyeing was synthesized by control method.The effects of temperature and reaction time were discussed,and the optimum synthesis condition of the agent was obtained.The effects of the agent on performances of reactive polyamide dyeing were discussed.The experiment results indicated that unlevelling of reactive polyamide dyeing could be effectively solved by the levelling agent and the fastness was improved.The performance of the levelling agent was excellent.
