不同性别青少年可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1差异分析

Analysis on the Difference of Serum Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 Between Boys and Girls

摘要 【目的】探讨不同性别青少年血可溶性细胞间粘附分子1(sICAM-1)的差异及其相关危险因素。【方法】158名13~15岁青少年,男性78人,女性80人。测量身高、体重、腰围(WC)及血压。空腹静脉采血,检测空腹血糖、血脂及sICAM-1。【结果】①男性siCAM-1高于女性(P〈0.05)。②男性sICAM-1与体重指数(r=0.327,P=0.004)与Wc(r=0.343,P=0.002)存在单变量相关。女性siCAM一1与甘油三酯(TG)(r=0.245,P=0.028)存在单变量相关。以siCAM1为因变量,行多元线性回归显示,男性WC为独立危险因素(β=0.016,P=0.002),女性TG为独立危险因素(G=0.179,P=0.028)。【结论】两性别间青少年sICAM-1水平存在差异,腹型肥胖是男性青少年sICAM-1升高的独立危险因素,而女性青少年与高TG血症关系更为密切。 [Objective] To explore the difference of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sI- CAM 1) between boys and girls and its correlated risk factors. [Methods] Totally 158 adolescents aged 13~ 15 years(78 boys and 80 girls) were enrolled in this study. Body height, weight, waist circumference(WC) and blood pressure were measured. Fasting blood samples were collected. Fasting plasma glucose, serum lipids and slCAM-1 was assayed. [Results] The level of slCAM-1 of boys was higher than that of girls( P 〈0.05). slCAM 1 showed univariate correlation with BMI (r = 0. 327, P =0. 004), WC(r=0. 343, P =0. 002) in boys and triglyceride(r = 0. 245, P =0. 028) in girls. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that WC(β=0. 016, P =0. 002) was an independent risk factor for sICAM-1 in boys and triglyceride(13=0. 179, P =0. 028) was an independent risk factor in girls. [Conclusion] There is difference in sICAM-1 between boys and girls. Abdominal obesity is an independent risk factor of the increasing of sICAM in boys, while hypertrig lyceridemia is closely related with the increasing of slCAM in girls.
