结核分枝杆菌外排泵RND超家族研究进展

摘要 结核病重新流行的重要原因是耐多药肺结核的传播,结核患者对大多数一线抗结核药物耐药导致耐多药结核(MDR),有的甚至导致对两个以上二线药物耐药的广泛耐药结核(XDR)。结核分支杆菌抵制抗结核药物的机制,大致有三种类型:降低细胞膜的通透性和外排泵机制;产生降解或灭活酶类;药物靶位的改变。
