心肌缺血检测方法的评估 被引量:1

摘要 心肌缺血分为有症状性心肌缺血和无症状性心肌缺血,有关其误诊、漏诊及过度诊断、过度治疗在临床中均有不同程度存在。通过临床检测手段寻找心肌缺血证据对于临床评估、危险分层及指导治疗具有重要意义。
