多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分在冠心病诊断中的临床应用 被引量:25

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法收集2009年1月—2010年6月行CT冠脉成像同时做钙化积分扫描的患者56例。其中,根据既往史和冠状动脉造影确定冠心病30例(冠心病组),健康体检无症状者26例(对照组)。采用GE64层螺旋CT及Smart Score 4.0自动分析软件进行冠脉钙化积分分析。结果冠心病组平均钙化分数为412.33分±22.35分,对照组为68.35分±18.43分,冠心病组的总钙化积分值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。4大分支血管的独立钙化积分在冠心病组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉钙化积分对冠心病的筛选和诊断及病变程度判断有重要意义,可作为临床评价冠心病的有效指标之一。 Objective To study the clinical value of coronary artery calcification score of multi-slice spiral CT(MDCT) for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods Calcium scoring of MDCT was performed with GE 64 sliced CT in 56 patients(pts) including 30 pts with coronary artery disease and 26 asymptomatic subjects as control group.Results The average calcium scoring in pts with coronary arterial disease was 412.33±22.35,and that in control group was 68.35±18.43.There was significant difference in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Calcium scoring of MDCT had high sensitivity and specificity for evaluating coronary arterial stenosis.it was a valuable method to detect coronary arterial diseases.
