松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦对高血压病患者生活质量改善的疗效评估

The Effect of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule Combined with Valsartan on Quality of Life in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的观察松龄血脉康联用缬沙坦较单用缬沙坦对原发性高血压病患者的降压疗效和对生活质量改善的评估。方法选择70例原发性高血压病患者,随机分为缬沙坦组和松龄血脉康联用缬沙坦组,各35例,治疗8周,血压控制有效者继续治疗8周。通过Groog生活质量量表评分,比较用药后对生活质量的影响。结果单用组与联用组降压疗效总有效率分别为82.8%和91.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用Groog生活质量量表评估两组生活质量的改善情况,联用组较单用组在躯体症状、健康愉快感、工作表现、生活满意度改善有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压病患者与控制血压达标的同时,生活质量的改善优于单用缬沙坦组。

Objective To observe the effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsule（SXC） combined with valsartan on quality of life in patients（pts） with essential hypertension.Methods Seventy pts with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=35） treated by valsartan and combined treatment group（n=35）treated by SXC and valsartan for 8 weeks.If blood pressure controlling is effective,they would be treated for another 8 weeks.The quality life was compared by grading of Groog quality of life scale.Results The pressure control rate in control group and combined treatment group was 82.8% and 91.4%,respectively（P0.05）.The quality of life in two groups was different significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion SXC combined with valsartan was better than valsartan alone in controlling blood pressure and improving the quality of life in pts with essential hypertension.
