速效心痛滴丸治疗PCI/CABG术后不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Effects of Suxiao Xintong Dropping Pills on Unstable Angina after PCI/CABG

目的探讨速效心痛滴丸治疗PCI/CABG术后不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效,并与消心痛片剂作对比。方法选取96例PCI/CABG术后不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机平均分为两组,消心痛组和速效心痛滴丸组。两组均常规使用β受体阻滞剂、抗血小板、他汀类及长效硝酸酯类药物。在此基础上,第一组加服消心痛片(消心痛组);第二组加服速效心痛滴丸(速效心痛滴丸组)。两组疗程均为4周。对比两组治疗前,治疗后2周、治疗后4周心肌缺血发作频率、发作时间及静息心电图ST-T改变,药物不良反应等参数。结果速效心痛滴丸组与消心痛组相比,心绞痛症状缓解以及心电图变化的显效率、有效率、无效率和总有效率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应中头痛、心动过速、腰部不适、口唇麻木及不良反应总数有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论速效心痛滴丸缓解心绞痛症状对心电图的改善均高于传统治疗心绞痛药物消心痛。

Objective To study the effects of Suxiao Xintong dropping pills（SXDP） on unstable angina（UA） after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）/coronacy artery bypass grafting（CABG）.Methods Ninety-six patients（pts） with UA after PCI/CABG were randomly divided into two groups：Group 1 treated with isosorbide dinitrate,and group 2 treated with SXDP for 4 weeks.The frequency and time of silent myocardial ischemia,ST-T in the resting electrocardiogram were compared.Results Comparing with group 1,the improvement rate,total effective rate of angina symptom and improvement of resting electrocardiogram were better in group 2（P0.05）.The total effective rate of decreasing angina symptom in group 2 was 91.7%,and total effective rate of improvement of resting electrocardiogram in group 2 was 85.4%.They were better than that in group 1.Conclusion SXDP was effective for unstable angina.
