摘要
为了研究大型发电机主绝缘的老化机理,评估其剩余寿命,需要对其定子试样线棒进行多因子应力综合老化试验,并测试能反映其老化程度的特性参数。文章对测试过程中影响检测结果的关键环节——电极系统进行了实验研究,提出了采用超低电阻混合漆料作为局部放电和介质损耗测量电极的技术方案。实验结果表明,该技术方案不但能消除传统铝箔电极对局部放电测量产生的影响,而且能保证介质损耗测量时的准确度。该漆料是检测发电机定子线棒老化特性比较理想的电极材料。
It is necessary to conduct the accelerated multi\|stress aging test on generator stator bar specimen in order to explore its aging law, predict its remaining life and find a set of characteristic parameters which can indicate the condition of the insulation. The experiments are carried out on the electrode system which is a key factor to have influence upon the detecting results of the aging properties. The technical schemes of the electrode system have been presented which is made from ultra\|low\|resistance mixed synthetic product for partial discharge and dissipation factor measurements. The experiments have been conducted on actual rotating machine bar specimen coated with the new product and it is verified that the technical scheme can not only eliminate the influence on partial discharge measurement produced by aluminium foil electrode but also ensure the accuracy for dissipation factor measurement. This new product is a good electrode material used to detect the aging properties of generator stator bar specimen.
