安宫牛黄丸对出血性中风大鼠的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究安宫牛黄丸对出血性中风大鼠的影响。方法自发性高血压大鼠随机分为A组(空白对照组)、B组(模型组)、C组(西药治疗组)、D组(中药治疗组)、E组(中西结合治疗组),以自体血制作出血性中风大鼠模型,术后1 d、2 d3、d分别进行神经功能(肌力测验、平衡木行走试验)及血常规和凝血功能的测定。结果术后各组之间血常规、凝血功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组大鼠神经功能缺损较A组高(P<0.05),术后2 d、3 d C、D、E组神经功能缺损低于B组(P<0.05),E组神经功能缺损明显低于C组及D组(P<0.05),C组与D组间相比差异无统计学意义。结论安宫牛黄丸能减轻大鼠神经功能损,但对凝血功能、血常规无明显影响。 Objective To study the effect of Angong Niuhuang pill on hemorrhagic stroke in rats.Methods One hundred and thirty spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into five groups:Group A(blank control group),group B(model group),and group C(western medicine treatment group).group D(Chinese medicine treatment group),group E(integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group).Rat models with hemorrhagic stroke were established by injecting of auto-non-anticoagulated artery blood into the caudate nucleus.Nerve function(beam-walking test and bilateral forepaws grasp) was tested at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after operation.The blood routine test and coagulation function were also tested at 72 hours after operation.Results There was no significant difference in aspect of the blood routine test and coagulation function between different groups after operation(P0.05).Neurological deficit in Group B was higher than that in group A after operation(P0.05).Neurological deficit in group C,D,E lower than that in group B at second day and third day after ICH(P0.05).Neurological deficit in group E was significantly lower than that in group C and group D.There was no difference between group C and D(P0.05).Conclusion Angong Niuhuang pill could improve the ability of balancing,grasping,walking and limb muscle strength in rats with hemorrhagic stroke,but it had no significant effect on blood routine test and coagulation function.
