大鼠脑出血模型脑组织NgR的表达形式 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察大鼠脑出血后不同时间点脑组织NgR(Nogo-66 Receptor)的表达情况。方法大鼠断尾取血100μL,分3次注入大脑尾状核,分别于手术后6 h2、4 h、48 h、72 h和7 d处死动物。采用免疫组织化学方法检测脑组织NgR的表达变化。结果与假手术组相比较,脑出血后6 h,NgR表达增高(P<0.01),72 h达到高峰(P<0.0 1),7 d后降低但仍然高于假手术组(P<0.01)。结论 NgR的上调是脑出血的重要特征之一,并且在脑组织的病理损害过程中起着重要作用。
