针灸加中药内服外敷治疗周围性面瘫后遗症临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture combining with internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis sequela

目的观察针灸加中药内服外敷治疗周围性面瘫后遗症的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的82例周围性面瘫后遗症患者随机分为治疗组(n=52)和对照组(n=30),治疗组采用针灸加中药内服外敷的综合疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯针灸疗法,以H-B面神经功能评价分级系统评价疗效。结果经6个月治疗后,治疗组总有效率(98.07%)高于对照组(86.67%,P<0.01)。结论针灸加中药内服外敷结合治疗周围性面瘫后遗症,总有效率高且安全,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combining with internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis sequela.Methods Eighty-two patients with peripheral facial paralysis sequela were randomly divided into treatment group（n=52）and control group（n=30）.The patients in treatment group were administered with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,and the patients in control group were administered with acupuncture only.The efficacy was determined by House-Brackmann（H-B） facial nerve function evaluation system.Results After 6 months treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（98.07% vs 86.67%,P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis sequela is effective,safe and worth to be recommended.
