摘要
转型是当代教育改革的大趋势。由于教育系统本身的非自足性,教育转型受到诸多外部因素的影响。在这些诸多外部因素当中,新媒介的出现为教育转型提供了技术的可能,制度和观念的变迁为教育转型指明了方向,权力的转移和利益的分化为教育转型提供了动力。实践中,观念、制度、媒介、利益和权力诸因素交织在一起,共同构成了影响教育转型的外因,并为教育系统积极主动转型提供了不可缺少的外部条件。
Transformation is a general trend of contemporary education reform.Education reform is affected by various external factors as a result of non-self sufficiency of education system itself.Among the various external factors,the appearance of new media has provided technical possibilities for education transformation while institutional and idea changes have served as the compass for educational transformation.Meanwhile,power transfer and interest differentiation have provided great dynamics for educational reform.In the practice,factors concerning idea,institution,media,interest as well as power,together,have constituted the external elements that affect educational reform.They also have provided indispensable exterior conditions for the activate transformation of educational system.
