摘要
教师成长和发展的潜在可能性并不必然存在于那些理论方案或抽象文献中。在闹哄哄的改革声浪中,教师个体经验运用存在功利思维过重、"茧式"意识主导、理论培训灌输、跟风时髦滥觞的弊病。就当前教师的个体改革实践而言,唤醒自组织意识整合自我经验,慎重借鉴移植他者个体经验,自觉反思防止经验固化,正视失败教训从中淬炼经验,应成为教师突破自身经验的四个着力点。
The potential possibility of teacher growth and development does not necessarily exist in those theory scheme or Abstract literature.In the reform practice,the individual experience of teacher has some shortcomings,such as utilitarian thinking overweight,"cocoon type" consciousness dominated,theoretical training infusion,and chasing fashionable blindly.Considering the current needs of teacher's professional development,awakening self-organization consciousness to integrate self-experience,referencing others' individual experience carefully,reconsidering own experience consciously,learning lessons from failures,should become the four points of application for teachers to break through individual experience limits.
