摘要
新建本科院校已经成为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,但其人力资源配置现状仍不容乐观,整合优化人力资源,提高人力资源利用率,进行人事制度改革势在必行。
Despite the fact that the newly-built undergraduate colleges constitute an important part of the higher education in China,the present situation of human resources allocation is not optimistic.Consequently,it is quite necessary to optimize human resources,improve their utilization and conduct personnel system reform.
