摘要
研究管道感应加热的数学模型,推导有限元分析计算公式,编制轴对称零件感应加热过程的计算机仿真软件,并对一典型厚壁管道的感应加热过程进行了数值仿真,给出了温度场的仿真结果。本文的计算机仿真结果,对管道感应加热过程中工艺参数的确定有指导意义。
The mathematical model and the formulations of the finite element method for the inductive heatingof tubes is presented. The process of the numerical simulation and its computer software for inductive heatingare investigated and developed. The simulation software can be used to study the process of inductive heatingand temperature distribution of a tube.
