摘要
采用数值模拟的方法研究旋风分离器内固相颗粒的运动轨迹,固相流场采用离散相模型(DPM)。通过分析不同粒径及入口速度对旋风分离器内固相颗粒运动轨迹的影响,探索了颗粒在旋风分离器中运动的物理机理。结果表明,颗粒在旋风分离器中运动轨迹比较复杂,同时受到入口速度和粒子半径的影响。相同粒径颗粒在不同入口速度下运动轨迹不同,且小粒径颗粒较容易受到入口速度的影响。模拟结果可为工程实际应用提供一定的理论指导。
The movement track of the solid particles in a cyclone separator has been studied by numerical simulation.Discrete phase model(DPM) was adopted for solid field.The physical mechanism for the particles movement in a cyclone separator is studied by analyzing the influence of different particle size and inlet velocity on solid particles track in a cyclone separator.The results show that the particles track in a cyclone separator is complex,and it is influenced by inlet velocity and particles size simultaneously.The track of same size particles is different at the case of different inlet velocity,and small particles are easier influenced by the inlet velocity.The simulation results could provide some theoretical guide for engineering applications.
