On Cultural Well-being and Cultural Construction of People's Lilvelihood

繁荣文化事业,发展文化产业,建设民生文化是"十二五"的一项突出任务。小康的本质是文化小康;小康文化也是全民享受文化资源的文化。所以加强小康文化和民生文化建设,也是推进全面小康建设的核心要求。十二五期间,要围绕小康文化扎实推进民生文化建设,要以系统思维来发展文化产业,要进一步加大文化投入,提供更多更好的文化产品,让发展的文化成果惠及广大老百姓。

Flourishing cultural undertakings,developing cultural industry and building people＇s livelihood culture are the prominent tasks of ＂The 12th Five-year Plans＂.The essence of well-being is cultural well-being.The well-being culture is for all the people to enjoy the cultural resources.So developing well-being culture and people＇s livelihood culture are the key requirements of the overall well-being building.During The 12th Five-year Period,the construction of people＇ livelihood culture should center on well-being culture,and cultural industry should be developed systematically,while cultural investment should be further enlarged,and more and better cultural products should be distributed.Thus,people can benefit from these cultural clevelopments.
