新农村建设背景下“以工促农”产业化模式研究——以湖北省蕲春县李时珍中医药产业为例

Industrialization Mode Study on "Agriculture Promoted by Industry" Based on New Countryside Construction:Taking Lishizhen Chinese Medicine Industry as an Example in Qichun County of Hubei Province

农业产业化、规模化经营是新农村建设和解决"三农"问题的关键路径,分散的农业经营给农民造成了巨大损失。为探索农业产业走出困境的出路,需要对农业产业进行调查分析。湖北省蕲春县李时珍中医药产业的调查研究具有代表性,可以在此基础上构建研究区域中药产业化的长效机制,在分析当地中医药产业三种传统模式的基础上,提出以人为本的"企业与药农一体化"新模型,以期在给农民创造收益的同时有效地完善农村社会保障体系。

Agriculture industrialization and scale management are the key methods for new countryside construction and solving ＂three agricultures＂,as dispersive agricultural management brings peasant a great loss.In order to explore the ways for agriculture and step out of the puzzle,it is necessary to investigate agriculture.Investigaton in Lishizhen Chinese Medicine Industry in Qichun Country of Hubei Province is a case in point,on the basis of which,long term dynamics for Chinese medicine industrialization can be studied.Based on the analysis of the three traditional local modes for developing Chinese medicine industry and founding people-oriented mode of ＂integrating enterprise and medicine peasants＂,the author expects that social securities can be improved and simultaneously peasant income can be increased.
