摘要
"内生型"创新人才培养机制建设是苏州产业转型升级的有力保障。文章分析了苏州地区"内生型"创新人才的内涵特点、培养现状和意义,提出以政府为主导,企业为主体,学校和社会机构为支撑,坚持产业升级和社会需求的导向,构建"学校—企业"、"政府主管部门—企业"、"社会专业机构—企业"三个网络化培养平台的策略。
"Internally-trained" innovative talents are a powerful guarantee to upgrade the Suzhou industry.This paper analyzes the characteristics and status of Suzhou's "internally-trained" innovative talents.It proposes that government-led,business-oriented,schools-and-social-agencies-supported training platform building strategy should be established to meet the needs of industrial upgrading and social orientation and to build into a "schools-enterprises","government departments-enterprises" and "socio-professional organizations-companies," blended network.
