基于我国大学生职业生涯规划和生涯教育的发展现状,逐步深入思考,将大学生职业生涯规划由简单、初级的职业知识、技能的指导拓展为意识培养、能力提升的生涯教育活动,运用职业生涯规划的方法帮助大学生明确目标,同时要充分发挥高校的育人功能,帮助大学生自省、自觉、自强、自信,以一个完整的"社会人"角色规划未来生涯,实现幸福人生。

This paper describes the development process of Career Education and trys to give a deep though based on the cruuent development of Career Planning and Career Education of college students.It concentrates on expanding the career planning of college student from simple,elementary guidance of professional knowledge and skills,to Career Education activiey which helps to develop awareness and lift capacity.It uses the method of Career Planning to help college students to clear their goal,in the mean time giving full play to the educational function of universities to help college student achieve self-refection,self-consciousness,self-improvement and self-confidence,thus planning the future and fulfilling the happiness of life as a complete ＇Social Man＇.
