保定市中职教育校企合作现状与对策——以汽车运用与维修专业为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of the cooperation between Secondary Vocational Schools and Enterprises in Baoding,Hebei province——Taking the Profession of Vehicle Use and Maintenance as an Example

为了解决中职教育的校企合作中存在的问题,以汽车运用与维修专业为样本进行了调查。结果表明,虽然中职学校普遍重视校企合作,也取得了较好的效果,但仍存在不容忽视的问题,如校企双方对校企合作的认识还不够深入、校企合作制度还不够健全、合作还不够深入、课程资源共享还不够充分、校企互动共赢的局面尚未打开等。认为企业要建立对校企合作的战略性认识,学校必须加强内涵建设,政府应完善相关法规和制度,从而营造一个适宜技能人才培养的社会环境,

In order to solve the problems existing in the cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises,a professional investigation is conducted for samples with the major of automobile application and maintenance.The results show that most secondary vocational schools think highly of such cooperation,and much progress has been made through cooperation.However,there still exist lots of serious problems in the cooperation between secondary vocational school and enterprises,such as low cooperation consciousness,unsound cooperation system,the cooperation＇s not being profound,inadequate curriculum resources,the interaction between schools and enterprises has not achieved a win-win situation,etc.The authors realize that enterprises need to form a strategic understanding to the cooperation with vocational schools,schools must strengthen the connotation construction,and the government should perfect the relevant regulations and system,thereby we can create a social environment suitable for the training of skilled talents.
