Under the new situation,cultivating librarians＇ innovative spirit to promote the development of the cause is an objective requirement and necessity of the developing of college libraries.In this article,several psychological elements that hinder librarians＇ innovation are analyzed,and it is put forward that,to cultivate college librarians＇ innovative spirit,their ideological concept should be transformed,and their knowledge structure should be perfected,so that new thoughts can be developed,the objects of innovation can be determined,and an innovative environment can be optimized.Thus,college libraries＇ competitive strength can be enhanced,so as to face the challenge brought by the information era.
