高职院校贯彻落实科学发展观的“两个根本”

"Two Fundamental" for Higher Educational College to Carry Out Scientific Thought of Development

科学发展观是一种崭新的发展理念、先进的发展思想和根本的工作方法,高职院校实现科学发展必须贯彻落实科学发展观,用科学发展观指导高职院校建院办学,必须把以生为本和以师为本作为建院办学工作的"两个根本"。本文从德育为先、提供优质教育资源、就业创业能力教育分析以学生发展为本;又从建设"双师型"师资队伍入手分析以教师为本的办学理念。

The scientific concept of development is a new concept of development,advanced thinking of development and fundamental methods of work.To achieve scientific development,vocational colleges must implement the scientific concept of development,using scientific development concept to guide vocational school construction and run.Student-based and teacher-centered must be the ＂two fundamental＂ for the college work.From the moral education,quality educational resources provide,employment,entrepreneurship education and the construction of ＂double＂teachers,the author ananlyzes the educational philosophy of student-based and teacher-centered.
