The Skills Competition has a positive effect on improving teaching quality.Teachers in the Department of Engineering Survey of Henan Polytechnic Institute for Industry actively explore the running mode of the Skill Competition for improving teaching quality and training highly skilled creative talent,and form their personnel training characteristics that is to using skills competition to improve teaching quality.It is showed to be an effective way of higher vocational education reform in teaching.
