为了克服高职院校之间互不隶属、安保力量分散薄弱的不利因素,有必要建立一个校际安保系统,配以快速反应机制,以应对高校周边的安全形势,保障师生安全,校园平安。

In order to overcome the negative factors as non-subordination and security forces dispersed between vocational colleges,it is nessesary to build a inter-school security system,coupled with rapid response mechanism to address the security situation near the colleges to ensure student safety and campus peace.
