高职药学特色专业与地方产业对接的探索与实践——以岳阳职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice On Linking up with Local Industry and High Vocational Pharmaceutical Specialty——Take Yueyang Vocational and Technical College as an example

高职药学特色专业建设结合地方经济发展的要求,建立工学结合的人才培养模式和基于药物制剂工作过程的项目化课程体系,建立人才培养与生产劳动和社会实践紧密结合的实践教学体系,打造一支双师型高素质、高技能型教师队伍,建立为药学特色专业服务的省级示范实训基地,并在此基础上面向生物医药产业,增强社会服务能力,促进特色专业内涵建设。

Combined with the demands of local economic development,for the construction of Pharmaceutical specialty,the college established talents training mode of work-integrated learning and projective curriculum system based on drug preparation working process,built up the practical teaching system closely combination with talent cultivation and productive labor and social practice,formed a team of Double-professionally-titled Teachers with high quality and high skills,set up a province-grade demonstration training base center servicing for pharmaceutical specialty;and on this basis,the college also enhanced social service ability facing biomedicine industry,promoted construction of specialty content.
