摘要
目前,工厂提取薯蓣皂甙元采用的是直接酸水解法。该方法存在的问题是:反应温度高、水解条件剧烈、产率较低。本文探索了复合酶法酶解黄姜的工艺,分别讨论了各个单因素,如发酵初始pH值、酶用量、酶解时间、酶解温度等因素对薯蓣皂甙元产率的影响。该方法与直接酸水解法相比,反应条件相对温和,产物收率提高了38%,纯度上也有相应的提高。
At present,hydrolyzing dioscorea zingiberensis directly by acid is often used in the factory.But hydrolyzing is not thorough and the yield is very low.It needs high temperature and harsh condition.In this paper,we study the hydrolyzing dioscorea zingiberensis by complex enzyme,discussed how the single factors,such as the effect of the PH value of buffer solution,amount of enzyme、 duration and temperature of the fermentation,amount of acid,duration and temperature of hydrolysis and duration of extraction,affected diosgenin yield,based on the status of production and studies of dioscorea zingiberensis..Compared with hydrolyzing dioscorea zingiberensis directly by acid,production efficiency of this method will increase 38%,and purity is also increased.
