木块分离器的改进

The Improvement of Wood Block Separator

针对现行使用的木块分离器的分离效果不佳，导致粗粉分离器、细粉分离器、给粉机、风管堵塞，运行情况不良；而且清理木块分离器频繁，强度大，操作复杂，增加了磨煤机的磨损等问题，对木块分离器进行了改进，解决了以上不足，提高了锅炉运行的安全经济性。

The bad separation effect of the wood block separator currently used causes air duct jam and bad running state occurring on the coarse powder separator fine powder separator and pulverized coal feeder.Furthermore,its maintenance is hard and frequent and the fray in pulverizer is increased.After the improvement on the wood block separator,the above shortcomings can be solved.It advances safety and efficiency for boiler operation.
