摘要
煤壁片帮问题严重制约大采高综采采煤方法优越性的发挥。在理论联系实践的基础上,将大采高煤壁受力模型简化为不同约束条件下的"压杆"模型,研究得出了大采高综采面煤壁片帮主要存在3种形式:上煤壁片帮、下煤壁片帮、整煤壁片帮。同时得出煤壁片帮与约束条件、采高以及抗弯刚度等因素有关。
Rib spalling restricts the advantages of fully mechanized mining with great mining height.Based on the theory with practice,model of rib mechanics is simplified to suppressed shaft.This research indicates that there are three types of rib spalling: high rib spalling,low rib spalling and whole rib spalling.And meanwhile,it concludes that rib spalling relates to three factors: rib boundary,mining height and flexural rigidity.
