高职法律教育如何兼顾高等性与职业性,如何办出特色,什么样的高职法律类专业人才符合社会需求是所有高职法律教师在思索的问题,"两个系统"理论为高职法律教育改革提供了新的思路,科学设置基础理论课系统和实践课系统,兼顾培养学生职业技能和可持续发展能力,有利于提高高职法律教育的人才培养质量。

It is the matter that all the law teachers of higher vocational institutes are thinking,that how to balance the characters of higher vocational and professional,how to develop the uniqueness,what kind of higher vocational legal students meet the social demand.With scientific establishment of essential theoretical curricular and practice curricular,taking both of career skills and capacity for sustainable development into consideration,Two Systems theory provides a new way of thinking for higher vocational legal education reform,and contributes to the improvement of the quality of law students in higher vocational legal education.
