新形势下高职院校学生党员教育管理机制探索——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

当前高职院校学生党建工作面临着许多新机遇和新挑战,给党务工作者们提出了新的课题,其中学生党员的后续教育和管理一直是较薄弱的环节,为更好地探索高职院校学生党员的教育管理机制,以北京工业职业技术学院为例,在分析新形势下高职院校学生党员教育管理存在的问题及原因的基础上,尝试性地提出了相应的对策。

At present,the party construction work of higher vocational college students does face many new opportunities and challenges,which proposes new tasks for the party affair workers.Student party members＇ follow-up education and management is always the weak link.To explore the mechanism of higher vocational college student party members＇ education and administration,take Beijing Polytechnic College for example,this article deeply analyzes the problems and reasons exsisting in higher vocational college student party members＇ education and administration under the new situation,and tentatively proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
