新形势下建设高职院校新生入学教育长效机制的思考

Review on the Construction of Enrollments' long-acting Mechanism of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Schools

探索在新形势下建设适应高职院校新生特点的入学教育长效机制具有积极的现实意义。通过对高职院校新生入学教育实践的形势与挑战、高职院校新生思想状况的特点等进行分析,对新形势下高职院校创新新生入学教育工作进行了思考,提出应从管理规划、组织保障、统筹协调、教育方法和教育内容方面进行创新,以切实完善高职院校新生入学教育的长效机制。

It is positive and practical for the higher vocational school freshman to take effective enrollments＇ education to adapt themselves to the vocational situation and enrollments＇ character.This article puts forward an analysis of the vocational school enrollments＇ education challenge,high vocational school enrollments＇ character.We should establish a long-acting mechanism from management,regulation,organization,cooperation,teaching method and teaching content.
