摘要
通过对《北京工业职业技术学院学报》2002~2009年被引论文情况分析,对高职院校学报办刊提出了3点建议：（1）提高对期刊评价指标重要意义的认识;（2）关注热点栏目和重点学科,做好栏目的选题和组稿;（3）跟踪高被引作者动向,制定高被引作者奖励政策。
Through analysis＇ s paper by cited of Journal of Beijing Polytechnic College from 2002 to 2009,this paper forward three points suggestions for higher vocational journals running ：（1）improve understanding significance of journal evaluation indexes;（2）attention to hot spot column and key subjects,do well topic selection and soliciting contributions;（3） tracking trend of hight cited author and policy reward making for hight cited author.
