护生专业价值观的调查与思考

Investigation and reflection about the professional values of nursing students

为了解护生的专业认同状态,发现存在的问题,采取有效的措施引导学生树立健全的积极的专业价值观,以促进其未来职业生涯的和谐发展,我们采用自编问卷对我院299名护生进行调查。调查结果显示护生的专业思想有较大的不稳定性,护生的专业价值观教育势在必行。

To understand the recognition of professional status of nursing students and found the problems and take effective measures to guide students to establish healthy and positive professional values in order to promote their future career and harmonious development,we do self-compiled questionnaires investigation on 299 nursing students.Survey results show that the professional ideology of nursing students have a greater instability,the professional values of nursing students education is imperative.
