摘要
将5S原理应用于食品微生物学实验教学中,说明了实施5S的措施,并分析了5S的推进层次。实验教学中引入5S后,能有效改进实验质量和效率,改善实验室卫生和安全状况,节约实验耗材,提高学生的综合素质。
The 5S principle is applied in the experimental teaching of food microorganisms.The practice measures are explained and the forward steps are analyzed.After applying 5S in the experimental teaching,the quality and efficiency of experiment has been improved,the laboratory hygiene and safe condition have become better,the expendable material has been saved more than before and the student's comprehensive quality is raised.
