The 5S principle is applied in the experimental teaching of food microorganisms.The practice measures are explained and the forward steps are analyzed.After applying 5S in the experimental teaching,the quality and efficiency of experiment has been improved,the laboratory hygiene and safe condition have become better,the expendable material has been saved more than before and the student＇s comprehensive quality is raised.
