铝熔体吹气发泡过程的水模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过水模拟实验描述了气泡在铝熔体中的形成过程,结合铝熔体发泡实验,研究了不同工艺参数对浸没孔中气泡形成尺寸的影响.研究结果表明,气泡在膨胀过程中为椭球体.当出气管的最大往复平动线速度由0变为366 mm/s时,水溶液表面气泡尺寸从3.4减小至2.6 mm,泡沫铝的胞直径由10.4减至3.0 mm.水模拟实验结果表明,随着气流量的增加(0.025~0.075 L/min)以及聚乙烯醇水溶液粘度的增大(2.27~16 mPa.s),气泡的直径由1.5增加到2.7 mm;随着出气口距液面距离从150增至330mm,气泡直径从2.3增至2.6 mm,而实际泡沫铝胞直径为2.7 mm,考虑静压力并修正后,实验值与预测值的相对误差由15.45%减小至3.22%. Through water simulation experiment,bubble forming process in the aluminum is described.Combining with aluminum foaming experiment,the influence of bubble size on different processing parameter is studied.The experiment results indicate that the bubble is ellipse spheroid in expansion phase.When the linear velocity of air tube is increase from 0 to 366 mm/s,the bubble diameter of water simulation is reduced from 3.4 to 2.6 mm,and the bubble diameter of aluminum is reduced from 10.4 to 3.0 mm.The water experiment results indicate that when the single orifice incidence airflow discharge increnses from 0.025 to 0.075 L/min with the liquid viscosity changing from 2.27 to 16 mPa·s,the bubble diameter increases from 1.5 to 2.7 mm.When the immersion depth of the orifice increase from 150 to 330 mm,the bubble diameter of water simulation is increase from 2.3 to 2.6 mm,and the bubble diameter of aluminum is 2.7 mm,Taking the static pressure into account,the relative error of experiment and simulation results is reduced from 15.45% to 3.22%.
