The factors resulting in violent fluctuation of pork market prices include： the plummet of individual pig-farming causing unbalanced supply structure, the change of pig-famling way leading to cost push, the improper support of government aggravating price fluctuation, and the pork industrialization getting higher and higher. Countermeasures are proposed to stabilize the pork market prices： perfect the pork reserve system, construct pork information platform, strengthen the quality safety supervision, and transform the government support mode.
