推进农业结构调整,发展生态农业,开发旅游经济,对增加农民收入,建设社会主义新农村有着十分重要的意义.近年来,姜堰市沈高镇河横村依托生态农业优势,大力发展生态旅游事业,真正实现了生态农业和生态旅游的良性互动.河横已成为城市人放飞心情、归园田居的一方乐土.河横的示范意义不仅在于他们的农业自身实现了历史的跨越,而且在于他们为自然生态系统相似、经济发展水平相近的农村平原地区探索出了一条可持续发展的道路,为中国的农业发展找到了一条新的发展模式,为建设社会主义新农村发挥了示范作用.

Advancing structural adjustment in agriculture,developing eco-agriculture,and expending tourist economy are crucial to the construction of a new socialist countryside and boosting rural incomes.In recent years,Heheng village,depending on eco-agriculture and eco-tourism,has become a land of happiness for urban people to free spirit and enjoy country life.Heheng＇ demonstrative significance lies not only in its realization of historical heap but also in its exploring a road for sustainable development for the countryside in the plain areas which have similar natural ecological system and economic development level.So it has found a new mode of development for China＇s agriculture and it will play a demonstrative role in the construction of the new socialist countryside.
