摘要
在高大平房仓储藏小麦中采用熏蒸试验比较了磷化氢对抗性倍数分别为1、2.5、64和206倍的赤拟谷盗品系杀虫效果.主要结果为:在施药后第2天磷化氢浓度达到210 mL/m^3以上,且在经过210520 mL/m^3上升和520350 mL/m^3的变化情况下,抗性2.5倍的品系在3d内全部死亡,抗性64倍的害虫完全死亡时间为6 d,抗性206倍的成虫则在第9天完全死亡.无抗性的害虫经培养也没有出现子代成虫,抗性品系即时死亡率达96%的样品经后期培养其中出现少量子代成虫,但其繁殖力明显小于未进行熏蒸的同品系害虫.结果表明,密闭性较好的高大平房仓中很小的剂量即可保持较高的磷化氢浓度,也可在较短时间内杀死高抗性赤拟谷盗.
A field fumigation of phosphine was carried out on four strains of Tribolium castaneum(Herbst) with resistant factor(Rf) of 1、2.5、64 and 206 in stored wheat in horizontal storage.The results showed that the full mortality time of the strain with Rf 2.5 was three days,the full mortality time of the strain with Rf 64 was six days,and the full mortality time of the strain with Rf 206 was nine days under the condition that the phosphine concentration reached 210 mL/m^3 on the second day after fumigation,then rose to 210 mL/m^3 and 520 mL/m^3 and changed between 520 mL/m^3 and 350 mL/m^3.There were no progeny reproduced by the adults of low level resistance strains after fumigation forty days.The resistant strains with 96% sudden mortality rate reproduced a small amount of adults of the offspring after cultivation,but the reproductive ability was remarkably lower than that of the non-fumigated insects of the same strains.The results indicated that higher phosphine concentration could be kept in a high and large flat warehouse by adding a very low dosage of phosphine,and Tribolium castaneum(Herbst) with high resistance could be killed in a short time.
