六君解毒汤治疗HBeAg阴性乙肝携带者40例临床观察

Six jun jiedu decoction HBeAg negative hepatitis b carriers 40 cases clinical observation

目的:观察六君解毒汤对HBeAg阴性乙肝携带者HBV-DNA载量和体质的影响。方法:将120例HBeAg阴性乙肝携带者分为3组:治疗组予六君解毒汤治疗;苦参素对照组予苦参素胶囊治疗;空白对照组不予任何药物治疗。48周后比较治疗前后患者的HBV-DNA载量,并于治疗结束后48周再次将患者进行体质分型。结果:治疗48周后3组总有效率分别为85.0%、57.5%、25.0%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束48周后3组平和质分别占62.5%、25.0%、12.5%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六君解毒汤在降低HBeAg阴性乙肝携带者HBV-DNA载量方面有明显作用,长期服用六君解毒汤可改变患者的病理体质,并提示平和质HBeAg阴性乙肝携带者的HBV-DNA较低且长期预后较好。

Objective： To observe the effect of six jun hbeag negative jiedu decoction hepatitis b carriers hbv-dna capacity and physical effects.Methods： HBeAg negative 120 patients with hepatitis b carriers into three groups： treatment group to six jun jiedu decoction;Sophora flavescens element control of sophora flavescens grain capsule to treatment;Not any medication in control group.48 weeks before and after the treatment of patients with comparative cindoruk hbv-dna after treatment,and in patients with 48 weeks physical points again type.Results： after treatment of 48 weeks 3 group total effectiveness 85.0%,57.5%,25.0% respectively,three groups of comparative differences 3 was statistically significant（P0.05）.48 weeks after the end of therapy group three peaceful qualitative accounted for 62.5%,25.0%,12.5%,3 groups was statistically significant comparative differences（P0.05）.Conclusion： six jun HBeAg negative in reducing detoxification soup cindoruk hbv-dna hepatitis bcarriers have obvious function,long-term use of six jun detoxification soup can change the pathological physique,and patients with qualitative HBeAg negative gentle hints of hepatitis bcarriers hbv-dna inferior and long-term prognosis is good.
