摘要
高强度铝合金是航空航天工业的主要结构材料,本文通过研究7085铝合金的等温锻造工艺,建立等温锻造速率与铝合金组织、性能的关系。通过室温力学性能测试、剥落腐蚀及电导率测试,结合光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析,研究370℃下不同等温锻造速率对7085铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:高速锻造时,出现明显的再结晶现象;中速锻造时,未发生再结晶,组织中包括许多细小的亚晶;低速锻造时,发生亚晶长大现象。中等锻造速率可以得到较好的力学与腐蚀性能。
High strength aluminum alloy is the main structure materials in aviation and spaceflight field.The relationship among isothermal forging rate,structure and properties of 7085 aluminum alloy were founded through studying the isothermal forging process.Effect of forging rate at 370 ℃ on microstructure and properties of the 7085 aluminum alloy was investigated by ambient temperature mechanical testing and exfoliation corrosion measurement,combining optical microscopy(OM) and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) analysis.The results show that recrystallization in the 7085 aluminum alloy appears at high forging rate,the 7085 aluminum alloy cotains much subgrain structure and unrecrystallization at medium forging rate;the subgrain structure in the 7085 aluminum alloy becomes obvious bigger at low forging rate,Good mechanical properties and corrosion properties can be obtained by forged at medium rate.
